Question 1

Do we need Salesforce Enterprise edition for AI features?

Accepted Answer

Einstein AI features vary by edition, but many automation capabilities work with Professional and above. We'll assess your current license and recommend the most cost-effective path.

Question 2

How long does a typical Salesforce AI implementation take?

Accepted Answer

Most projects run 4–8 weeks from audit to go-live. Complex multi-cloud implementations may take 12–16 weeks. We always start with a 2-week assessment to scope accurately.

Question 3

Can you work with our existing Salesforce admin or partner?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We collaborate with internal admins, existing SI partners, and managed service providers. Our role is to bring the AI and automation expertise layer.

Question 4

What platforms can you integrate?

Accepted Answer

We work with virtually any platform that has an API — Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Teams, Google Workspace, SAP, NetSuite, Shopify, and hundreds more. If it has an API, we can connect it.

Question 5

Do you use no-code tools or custom code?

Accepted Answer

Both. We use n8n and Make for rapid workflow development where appropriate, and custom Python/Node.js integrations for complex logic, high-throughput, or security-sensitive workflows.

Question 6

What happens when an automated workflow fails?

Accepted Answer

Every workflow we build includes error handling, retry logic, and alerting. Critical failures escalate to a human (keeping a human in the loop). We also build monitoring dashboards so your team has full visibility.

Question 7

What do we get from an AI Readiness Assessment?

Accepted Answer

A comprehensive report including: current-state process maps, top 5–10 automation opportunities ranked by ROI, technology recommendations, implementation roadmap with timelines, and a business case you can present to leadership.

Question 8

How much does an assessment cost?

Accepted Answer

Our standard AI Readiness Assessment is a fixed-price engagement. Contact us for current pricing — it's designed as a low-risk entry point to explore automation opportunities.

Question 9

Do we have to implement with you after the assessment?

Accepted Answer

No obligation. The assessment delivers a standalone roadmap you can execute with any team. That said, about 70% of our assessment clients choose to continue with us for implementation because we already understand their systems.

Question 10

What response times can we expect?

Accepted Answer

Critical issues: 2-hour response. Standard requests: 4-hour response during business hours. We also offer 24/7 coverage for mission-critical automations.

Question 11

Do we need to have built our automations with you?

Accepted Answer

No. We support automations built by any team or vendor. We start with an onboarding audit to understand your systems before providing ongoing support.

Question 12

What does a typical retainer include?

Accepted Answer

Monthly retainers include proactive monitoring, a set number of support hours, monthly optimization reviews, and priority access for new requests. Plans are customized to your automation footprint.
